The Barbers Chair has been open successfully for 2 years. We offer a no appointment system which is simple, uncomplimented, just turn up at your own convenience and wait. Always available are the latest magazines and a daily paper. We welcome and have a child friendly waiting area for little ones with lots of activities to keep them occupied. Extremely high standards and our years of experience ensures you get the right service every time. Our stylists are fully qualified in all aspects of hairdressing, we cater for ladies as well as gentlemen. The Barbers pole is proudly displayed in our window, it is a worldwide recognizable symbol that represents a master hairdresser, we are proud to serve those values.
The Barbers Chair is currently operating with two full time staff members, see our stylists profiles, we do not mind if you have a preference to choose a stylist. We try to make your visit to us even better by offering regular promotions, please take advantage of this months offer.

Appointments are available with Frans after hours, please call to arrange.
Frans is a full-time unisex senior stylist at The Barbers Chair . He has over 15 years experience as a hairdresser, making him extremely qualified to cater for any hairdressing aspect, may it be colouring , a cut and blow dry or a mens haircut.
Frans is originally from Johannesburg South Africa and emigrated to New Zealand over 4 years ago , he settled on the North Shore and has previously been working at Albany . We are pleased to have him here at Greenhithe.

Debborah is the owner of The Barbers Chair. Originally from Yorkshire , England, she emigrated to New Zealand with her family 4 years ago.
Having 4 children of her own she is fantastic with children who find their haircut abit daunting and will soon put the child at ease.
With over 20 years experience in the hairdressing industry her main preferred passion is barbering.
